Soulcraft · Platform

One brain.
Every product.

AI that doesn't know you costs you time, money, and voice.

Workshop, Venue, and Academy look like three products. Underneath, they're one platform — six invisible pillars that store your world, accelerate the heavy work, remember who you are, care about what matters to you, align with what you stand for, and coordinate the agents that act.

You don't have to think about any of this. But it's why every Soulcraft product feels like part of the same mind, not a stack of separate tools — and why the work comes back as yours, not generic.

Brainy

The open-source knowledge operating system

Every Soulcraft product runs on Brainy — a graph + vector database that stores everything from a customer record to a chat turn to a whole knowledge graph. MIT licensed and free forever; runs on its own up to millions of entities. Drop in Cor when you need to scale to billions.

  • Graph + vector + metadata in one store
  • Local-first; runs anywhere with an SSD
  • Zero-config: just store and search
  • MIT licensed — yours to keep

02 Native Rust accelerator

Cor

10 billion+ entities even on a laptop. 100 billion+ on a server.

Cor (formerly Cortex) is the native Rust accelerator that scales Brainy from millions of entities to billions. 10 billion+ entities even on a laptop. 100 billion+ on a $60/month Hetzner box or any commodity server with an NVMe SSD. Same Brainy code, same files, same API: install Cor and Brainy is faster; remove Cor and Brainy still works. No data migration. No vendor lock-in. No managed-service tax. Today it scales from a laptop to the largest single server with self-managed sharding; a managed distributed cluster lands in Cor 3.1.

  • 10 billion+ entities even on a laptop
  • 100 billion+ on a single commodity server
  • Scale by adding servers — no $50K appliance, no managed service
  • DiskANN algorithm (Microsoft Research, 2019), reimplemented in 100% Rust
  • Managed distributed cluster on the Cor 3.1 roadmap

Memory

Context that never forgets

Memory works like a brain instead of a database. It remembers, consolidates while you sleep, abstracts patterns, and anticipates — so every conversation picks up where the last one left off, and your AI gets smarter about you over time.

  • Hippocampal-style retrieval per turn
  • Overnight consolidation builds dossiers
  • Weekly insight & monthly distillation
  • Works across every Soulcraft product

Heart

Empathy as a service

Heart gives every Soulcraft AI an emotional dimension — recognising tone, weighing what matters to you, and softening its response when the moment calls for it. The same context Memory holds, judged through a human lens.

  • Tone-aware response shaping
  • Empathic memory weighting
  • Cross-product emotional continuity
  • Pluggable into any agent or workflow

Conscience

Values that align

Conscience holds the principles you stand for and checks every AI response against them. Not a safety filter — a values filter. The advisor who quietly asks "are you sure this fits what you stand for?" before the response ships.

  • Aligns AI behavior with your stated principles
  • Catches drift across Workshop, Venue, Academy — one set of values, every surface
  • Principled refusals — says no when needed, without lecturing
  • Learns your judgment style over time, not just your rules

Accord

Agents in agreement

Accord is the coordination layer for many agents working together. They hand off with full context, negotiate when they disagree, share one decision log, and reconcile their work into one coherent outcome. Memory remembers, Heart cares, Conscience knows what's right — Accord brings them to agreement.

  • Agents hand off with full context — no re-explaining
  • Disagreements get reconciled, not silently clobbered
  • One shared decision log every agent reads and writes
  • Coordination as a shared record, not a central bottleneck

With Brainy 8.0 + Cor 3.0 — coming this week

Nothing else combines all six.

Vector. Graph. Document. Immutable history. Time travel. Open-core. Every other database forces you to pick four and stitch the rest on top. Brainy + Cor ships all six in one engine.

The pieces have existed separately for years. Pinecone has vectors. Neo4j has graphs. Datomic has time travel. Nobody ships the whole stack, open-core, on the hardware you already own. See the full differentiation →

How they fit together

The pillars aren't separate products you stitch together — they're one stack designed as a unit. Brainy holds the data, Cor accelerates it, Memory shapes it into context, Heart filters it through empathy, Conscience aligns it with what you stand for, and Accord coordinates the agents that act on it.

Stores

Brainy is the substrate — graph, vectors, metadata in one place.

Accelerates

Cor turns the substrate into a high-performance brain at scale.

Remembers

Memory builds dossiers and consolidates while you sleep.

Cares

Heart weighs the response by what matters to you in the moment.

Aligns

Conscience checks every response against your stated values and judgment patterns.

Coordinates

Accord keeps many agents in sync — handing off, reconciling, and acting as one team.

Workshop, Venue, and Academy sit on top — three different surfaces, one shared mind underneath.

Build something that matters.

Pick the product that fits today — Workshop to build, Venue to run, Academy to grow. The platform comes with all of them.
