SAN FRANCISCO — Nov 1, 2026 Soulcraft today opened thestreet.social, the new home of Soulcraft Street: the shared newsstand where real places that run on Soulcraft publish what is new, newest first, and where their live shows are announced.

Soulcraft today opened thestreet.social, the new home of Soulcraft Street: the shared newsstand where real places that run on Soulcraft publish what is new, from a candle studio's weekend classes to a creator's latest issue, newest first, and where their live shows are announced.

Everything that lived at soulcraft.com/street has moved, address for address. Every place's Street page, every counted link, and the Press Room, where the press releases of every Soulcraft venue sit at one permanent address with news feeds a journalist can subscribe to once, now live at thestreet.social. Old links forward on their own.

The Street is built on Bluesky's open network. A venue on Soulcraft can carry its own web address as its Bluesky handle, which is the network's way of showing the account is really theirs, and what a venue posts to the Street is shared on Soulcraft Street's own accounts, naming the venue each time.

In the weeks ahead, people who follow the places they love will be able to join the Street with a free account and a handle of their own, in the shape @name.thestreet.social, with follows that bring a place's news and live shows to their phone, and a passport that remembers their visits.

“The Street is the front porch of every place that runs on Soulcraft. Now it has its own address, and it belongs to the people who visit those places as much as to the places themselves,” said David Snelling, founder of Soulcraft.
